Refund policy

Certainly! Here's the revised Return & Exchange Policy where only returns of damaged items are accepted:

Return Policy:

We offer a 3-day return policy for damaged items only. If you receive a damaged item, you have 3 days from the date of receiving it to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be damaged upon arrival (please inspect your order immediately upon receipt).
  • You must provide a quick video showing the damage.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return for a damaged item:

  • Contact us at labelvaanisethi@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.
  • Please return your item to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the damaged item back. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Important Notes:

  • ₹100 reverse shipment charges are applicable for returns of damaged items.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To proceed with the return, please provide a quick video showing the damage.

What happens next:

  • If a damaged item is confirmed, we will send you a replacement (if available) or offer store credit.
  • ₹100 reverse shipment charges apply for returning damaged items.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
